Malmitalo Ticket Desk's opening hours 

We are usually open from Tuesday to Friday from 17:00 to 19:00 and on Saturday from 13:00 to 18:00. At other times, the ticket desk opens one hour before the paid performance.

TICKET DESK'S SUMMER BREAK

Malmitalo's ticket desk will be closed from May 29 to August 21, 2025. It will reopen on August 22, 2025, at 5:00 PM.

While the ticket office is closed, you can purchase tickets for autumn events online.

Claims for purchased tickets when the event is cancelled or rescheduled 

Tickets already purchased may be used without changes for the new date or they may be refunded when the performance or event is cancelled or moved forward. 

You can apply for a refund of the ticket price within about one month of the performance date via this link.

Tickets may also be returned by land mail together with your contact details and an account number to the following address:

Only the ticket price of purchased tickets are reimbursed (delivery costs and service charges are not reimbursed).There may be a delay in reimbursement due to the large number of reimbursement requests.
